Repeat and Advanced Buyer Blocker

Updated over a week ago

Our system allows you to specify product, brand, and store level repeat buyer frequencies. This means every unique buyer can purchase your product based on your specified cadence.

Product Level Limits

Our buyers can only repurchase items with the same product ID every 7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days based on what you input during product import. Keep in mind you can edit this frequency anytime on the Products page if your launch campaign momentum is slowing down, or if you're wanting to reach more interested buyers in a short period of time for a large launch campaign.

If you have launch campaigns for the same product on different marketplaces the same buyer can purchase it on each since the product ID is different. You can limit this behavior at a brand level if desired.

Note: The default repeat buyer frequency is 14 days but no option is proven to be better than another. The best option is what works for your product type and goals.

Brand and Store Level Limits

Master and higher subscriptions have the ability to block repeat buying frequency at a Brand and Store level (advanced buyer blocker). This feature can be found on your Account page, under your payment methods in the bottom right. Be sure to set rules for every required Brand as any difference during product import can cause the brand to be listed multiple times in the drop down.

WARNING: Adding Store and Brand rules may significantly decrease sales volume.
