We understand that sometimes a temporary break is needed. Our platform allows you to pause your subscription for as long as you need, with the exception of accounts designated with Pioneer status. All account pauses will take effect at the conclusion of the ongoing subscription period when the current monthly credits expire.
Note: Access to all software features will be suspended during an account pause, including but not limited to launches and keyword tracking.

Pioneer Users
Pioneer accounts that pause more than 3 months total every 12 months will lose Pioneer benefits and all accrued credits. If the Pioneer user does not upgrade to a paid Expander or higher plan following the maximum pause they will automatically lose any accrued credits and Pioneer benefits going forward. Note: Pioneer status is only available on Brand Expander or higher subscriptions.
