# Pause my Subscription

With the recent update to our subscription model, effective April 13, 2026, if you wish to pause your account, you will need to contact our support team directly. You can do so via live chat or by emailing us at **success@brandexpand.io**, so we can review your case in detail.

Please note that the Free Tier is no longer available, and all accounts are now subject to subscription charges under the new plans.

We kindly ask that you reach out to our team before taking any action, so we can assist you and explore the best option for your situation.
