At Brand Expand, we offer annual subscription plans designed to provide long-term value and consistent growth opportunities for your business. If you're considering canceling your subscription, here’s everything you need to know.

Can I Cancel My Subscription?

All paid plans are annual commitments and cannot be canceled mid-term. This means that once you’ve signed up, your plan will remain active for the full 12-month period.

What Happens If I No Longer Need the Service?

Since our subscriptions are annual, you will continue to have full access to Brand Expand’s tools and features until the end of your billing cycle. However, you can turn off auto-renewal to prevent the plan from renewing for another year.

Can I Downgrade My Plan?

Plan downgrades will take effect at the end of your current commitment Term. If you'd like to adjust your plan for the next renewal period, please contact our support team or your account manager before your renewal date.

Enterprise Plan Users

If you're on an Enterprise plan, we offer personalized options to help maximize the value of your subscription. Contact your account manager to discuss available solutions before making any changes to your plan.

Free Plan Users

Rest assured, you are only charged when you run a launch campaign on a Free plan. Your account can remain Active and ready if you need some time between campaigns.
