How To Upgrade Your Subscription

Upgrade your plan to unlock more features

As your needs evolve and your business expands, upgrading your subscription tier can unlock additional features and more credits per month. Whether you're seeking greater flexibility or advanced functionalities, upgrading your plan is a seamless process.

How to upgrade your plan:

  1. Login and click "My Account" in the upper right corner of your dashboard.

  2. Click "Upgrade Plan" in the subscription details section.

  3. Click your preferred billing cycle, whether Monthly or Annual. Consider your needs and budget, keeping in mind that annual plans offer two months free.

Click "Upgrade" on your desired plan, follow the prompts to complete the payment process, and finalize your upgraded plan selection. Interested in a custom Enterpriser plan (500+ credits per month)? Contact us by chat or email so we can put together your custom offer.


Note: If you recently paid for your previous subscription plan, the system will prorate the amount you owe for the upgrade. This ensures that you're charged fairly based on the remaining time of your current plan.



How to calculate your pro-rated amount.


1. Get your current plan amount and recent charge date.

Let's use the below image for reference in computing their pro-rated amount

Plan details: Brand Builder ( $295 / Month)
Recent charge date: Apr 03, 2024
(Note: our system charges your account the day before and only reflects the actual posting the day after)


2. Your desired new plan.

New Plan: Brand Expander ($495 / Month)

3. Compute your plan


Daily cost

Current Plan / 30 days = Cost per day

Sample computation below:
$295 / 30 days = $9.833 / day



Used daily portion

​Compute the number of days from the charge date to the current date.

Recent charge date: April 2, 2024
Upgrade date: April 17, 2024

Sample computation below:
April 2 - April 17 = 16 Days


Compute for the amount used till the upgrade date


Number of days: 16
Cost per day: $9.833

Sample Computation:
$9.833 * 16 = $157.34
