What is Brand Expand?

Brand Expand™ helps online sellers increase traffic and sales for sellers on Amazon, Walmart, Target, Etsy, eBay, Chewy, Shopify, and other eCommerce channels through promotional campaigns, marketing research, and proprietary KPI tools.


How does it work?

Brand Expand leverages a large network of customers to drive traffic and sales back to your product listings. Users pay Brand Expand for each sale, via credits, then we provide discounts to buyers for completing tasks related to listing and product feedback. This results in increased sales and valuable customer insights you can use to optimize your listing and further improve conversion rates.


How large is your customer network?

While our network of shoppers is always growing, we service 50k to 100k unique buyers on a monthly basis resulting in 500k-1M total monthly visits to our deal networks.


Where do customers come from?

Sorry, our deal network is kept private for client confidentiality.


What are review requests?

If you enable review requests, during the first step of launch creation, we will notify the customer after they’ve received the order asking for an honest product review. Reviews are never required, never incentivized, and never influenced in any way. This feature may be limited to specific marketplaces.


Is it compliant with my marketplace?

We offer multiple launch campaigns and various ways to drive customers back to your product listings. Since we service many marketplaces, which are evolving every day, it is up to the user to determine which methods comply with their respective marketplace. Rest assured any compliance-related matters are taken very seriously and we are always adapting to build the safest, most effective solution for our sellers.


Will my campaign be successful?

While we cannot definitively say how effective our software will be, since every product, listing, campaign, and user is unique, most users report a 2-15X ROAS when using our software. These results were compiled using a comprehensive case study consisting of data across 1,000 product launch campaigns. Please keep in mind that results are never guaranteed.


Do you guarantee rank improvement?

Rank improvement is never a guarantee since every seller, product, and launch is unique. Most sellers see a 2-15X improvement in ROAS depending on factors such as product desirability, niche, launch volume, launch structure, review count and rating, A+ content, and overall conversion rates among other factors. Consult with our team if you need recommendations on how to set up the ideal launch.


Is Brand Expand available in other countries or continents?

Unfortunately, Brand Expand's services are currently available for the US marketplace only. We don't have customers from Canada, the UK, or the EU at this time.


Will customers be able to leave feedback after the redemption?

We’ve enhanced the Product Listing Feedback feature to provide deeper insights into customer opinions. Now, on your launch page details, you can view how buyers rate each listing category—such as image, title, and more—on a scale of 1 (lacking) to 5 (perfect). The feature also shows the number of votes received for each category, broken down by rating values, along with any additional customer feedback. This allows you to better understand your customers' perspectives and improve your listings based on detailed feedback.

We also offer the Review Request feature, which sends emails to buyers two weeks after their purchase, asking for an honest and unbiased product review. This option is available when sellers enable the "Request Reviews" function during the initial step of the launch creation process. While it doesn't guarantee reviews, it provides a way to encourage feedback. Please note, that this feature is available across all marketplaces except Amazon, as it may conflict with their Terms of Service. Will there be an order ID report at the end of the redemption?

In the Orders tab of your dashboard, you can access all essential details related to your orders. This includes information such as the Order ID, launch number, buyer's name, order status, and more, giving you a comprehensive view of your order activity.


Does the person do an activity before buying?

The type of launch you select determines the process. Upon submitting your launch, you'll be presented with two options: Organic and Link. You can learn more about how each works here. If you're aiming for users to engage in more organic activity before purchasing, the Organic option is likely the best choice. With this option, users are instructed to search for your product using 3-5 keywords from the title you provide. Since they may not find it immediately, they often browse for a while before making a purchase.


Can you dilute the high conversion rate of ransomware traffic by just going to the listing?

Access to our site requires users to create an account in order to view product search details. Additionally, we implement security measures like IP cross-referencing and monitoring for suspicious behavior to help minimize inorganic traffic.


Have you ever seen a suspension because a super URL is bypassing the algorithm and ranking a keyword that was not actually searched for?

It is always up to the seller to decide what works for their goals and risk tolerance. It is their responsibility to review Amazon TOS and decide what is best for their brand. We have not seen any suspensions from using Brand Expand from the years of being in business.
