Common questions about our Brand Expand Launches

Updated over 2 weeks ago

How much does it cost?

Brand Expand costs are driven by four variables: the revenue-share per sale (based on subscription plan + any optional campaign add-ons), the ACoS/Discount or Promotion, the number of promotions, and your subscription cost (applicable to paid plans).

The cost of a launch will depend on your product cost and launch size, we'd recommend going though this article to further understand our pricing in further detail. Rest assured that when setting up a launch, our built-in cost calculator ensures full transparency, so you always know what to expect.

Can I use different payment methods for different Brands?

Yes, you can use different payment methods for different brands in your account. Just make sure to differentiate the wallets by attaching the name and payment method that corresponds to each brand.

How many times can I launch the same product?

There's no limit to how many times you can launch the same product.

Should I add a coupon to my Amazon listing?

Coupons provide additional discounts for organic customers which helps improve sales. If you have a coupon that customers can clip, you can incorporate it into your pricing structure when setting up a product launch. By doing so, the overall product cost for your campaign is reduced.

Can I edit my ongoing launch?

Yes, you can make changes by pausing a launch and resubmitting it once edited. Please keep in mind that you cannot make adjustments once a launch enters Evergreen status, and you cannot change the total units for that day. It's important to note that any changes made to an active launch will result in an immediate pause of the launch once submitted and require approval from our team before it's active again.

What are Evergreen launches?

Evergreen launches are offered on select subscriptions. This feature allows you to extend a launch using up to 50% of the promotions in the original launch at a 50% cost of your revenue-share. For example, if your original launch is scheduled to release 100 promotions, you can extend your original launch by adding up to 50 additional units as evergreen.

How do the buyers find my product?

The launch type you select will determine how customers discover your product. When setting up a campaign on our platform, you’ll choose between two options on the Destination step: an Organic "title" launch or a Link launch. To help you decide which option is best for your product, we recommend reading the article How to Choose the Right Campaign Type for Your Product Launch.
