Below is an overview of what all BX users have access to and what unique features each Service Level includes:

Included in All Brand Expands Accounts

  • Self-Service Onboarding: Get started quickly and efficiently with our comprehensive library of self-service onboarding Articles. These resources cover a wide range of topics, from setting up your account to advanced launch features and best practices. Our carefully crafted articles are designed to empower you with the knowledge to make the most of Brand Expand on your terms.

  • Live Chat Support: Have questions or need assistance? Our dedicated Customer Success team is just a click away to address your queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide real-time guidance. Whether you're facing a technical challenge or need to update your payment information, our chat support ensures that you're never alone on your journey.

  • Software Demo: Should you require a more hands-on approach instead of the interactive demo, all Service Levels include 1 personalized demo call. In a 15-30 minute session, our knowledgeable team members will guide you through the platform to set you up for confidently using it independently.

Support Level Service - Brand Starter & Brand Builder

  • Keyword Support: Stay ahead of the curve with our keyword audit feature. Our team will conduct in-depth keyword audits to help you identify opportunities for optimization, discover competitor insights, and refine your strategy. An audit can be requested via chat for a maximum of 2 products per month.

Success Level Service - Brand Expander & Brand Master

  • Monthly Support Call: Embracing the fluidity of your needs, our Success Service Level includes the option of a monthly support call. In this 30-minute session, you have the opportunity to dive into specific challenges, explore launch strategies, and receive personalized guidance. Whether it's a technical intricacy or strategic refinement, this monthly call ensures that you consistently benefit from our expertise.

  • Keyword Support: Stay ahead of the curve with our keyword audit feature. Our team will conduct in-depth keyword audits to help you identify opportunities for optimization, discover competitor insights, and refine your strategy. An audit can be requested via chat for a maximum of 3-5 products per month.

Concierge Level Service - Brand Voyager, Brand Conqueror, Brand Empire & Brand Enterpriser

  • Customized Onboarding Call: Concierge clients receive a tailored onboarding experience to their specific needs and goals. This may include personalized training sessions, launch assistance, and strategic guidance to ensure they get the most out of Brand Expand. Don’t need an onboarding call? No problem, we won’t take it personally.

  • Monthly Support Call(s): Offering a truly customizable experience, our Concierge Service Level includes the option of monthly support calls. Sellers have the opportunity to bring their own agenda items or utilize the time to review past launches, plan for upcoming ecommerce holidays and receive personalized assistance. Whatever the agenda, you can speak to one of our experts for up to 60 minutes total each month. Want to skip some months and only chat as needed? You make the schedule.

  • Keyword Support: Stay ahead of the curve with our keyword audit feature. Our team will conduct in-depth keyword audits to help you identify opportunities for optimization, discover competitor insights, and refine your strategy. An audit can be requested for a maximum of 6-10 products per month.

  • Launch Setup Assistance: Want a bit of extra help setting up your launches? Simply give us the instructions and we will set it up in your account for you to review and submit. With our support, you can navigate the launch process with confidence and efficiency. NOTE: We require 24 to 72 hours for our staff to setup launches for your review. Timeliness will largely depend on complexity of launches, volumes, and time of year (e.g. we are very busy Nov-Dec).

  • Dedicated Account Manager: Elevate your experience further with a dedicated account manager. Your personal point of contact, the account manager, will be intimately familiar with your goals, challenges, and progress. They will proactively provide strategic insights, address your concerns, and ensure that your journey with Brand Expand is both successful and fulfilling.
