We've updated the Product Listing Feedback feature to give you more detailed insights on what your customers really think 🤝
What changed:
Buyers can now rate each listing category from 1 (lacking) to 5 (perfect).
Sellers can now see how many votes they received for each category (image, title, etc.), broken down by rating values.
The previous pie chart showed items that needed work as a bigger portion. The updated bar graph shows categories that need work as the smaller bars (rating of 1).
How it works:
Open a launch detail page and hover over each category bar to see the full breakdown.
What's next?
Improve Launches page loading time.
Add an option to export the additional feedback comments.
We are piloting an additional customer feedback loop that will be rolled out in the coming months to all Active users.
Note: The old style pie chart will still show on launches that ran before April 26, 2024 and all data in the bar graphs are from the update onwards.
