I Updated my Images on my Product Listing, What Now?

Brand Expand does not connect to your seller account, so that means any image updates made to your listings will not automatically update in our system. Our buyers and diligent verification team meticulously cross-check the main product image to ensure the correct product is being purchased. Any discrepancy can lead to lower launch conversion and/or order rejection, causing inconvenience for all involved parties.

To facilitate this process, we've made it easy for you to update your product images directly within your account.

Here's the simple 3 step process:

  1. Navigate to the 'Products' page in your account and select edit for the specific product you wish to update.

  2. Click on 'Drop files here or click upload' to initiate the image update.

  3. After uploading the new image(s), rearrange and organize the images by simply dragging them into the correct sequence. Your first image (furthest on the left) should always match the product listing page exactly.

Note: If our team notices your main image is incorrect we will change it to match your product listing on your behalf.

By adhering to this protocol and ensuring your listing images are up-to-date, you not only assist our verification team but also enhance the overall customer experience and encourage stronger launch campaign performance.
