Adding or Removing a Coupon
Adding or Removing a Coupon
Updated over a week ago

Want to streamline the launch approval process and ensure you are being charged the correct product price for your launches? One way to do this is including or removing your coupon on a running launch. Below is the step-by-step guide on how to add, update or remove a coupon from your launch.

Note: Editing will automatically pause your launch and require it to be reviewed by our team or the system before going live again. We recommend only pausing a launch once you know the changes you need to make so there is no gap in momentum.

1. Click "Launches" in the left navigation panel.

2. Click the launch you want to edit, and click the yellow "Edit" button near the top of the screen under Launch Detail.

3. On the Product Setup page, you will review and add all the necessary product details following the automated system review.

Change the coupon amount on Product Setup to reflect what is on the live product listing. If you've removed the coupon completely or don't want buyers to clip your coupon simply toggle to "NO".

4. Once the coupon amount is updated, and there are no other desired changes, click Next until you reach the last page of the launch setup where the Submit Launch button is.

FOR AMAZON LAUNCHES:

If the system review detects no discrepancies in your launch setup, a message will appear indicating that your launch is eligible for automated approval.

If an internal note is added or any discrepancies are detected, a prompt will appear in the campaign review section, requiring manual review from our CS team.

FOR ALL OTHER MARKETPLACE LAUNCHES:

For all other marketplace launches, this will be submitted for manual review by our team.

5. Please review our terms of service and click the checkbox.

Once completed, click "Submit Launch." You will then be prompted to choose between submitting it for Auto Approval (Amazon only) or Manual Review.

For all other marketplaces, a prompt for Manual Review will notify you, as shown below.

Once launches are submitted for manual review, our staff thoroughly reviews them to make sure each launch is set up for success. Here are the estimated times for launch review:

  • Business Hours (M-F, 9am-9pm EST): 15-60 minutes

  • Weekend Hours (Sat & Sun, 8pm-10pm EST): 15-60 minutes

  • Note: Launches are not approved outside the above listed times, and anything submitted for manual review close to the cut-off time might not get reviewed until the next day.
