The answer to this question depends on how you are funding your launch.
If paying by credit card:
Users are charged for the first day of a launch when submitting the launch. From there, users are charged at 11 pm EST for the upcoming scheduled units. If there are any remaining funds in your Brand Expand wallet they will be factored into your next charge.
If paying by wire transfer:
You must have enough funds in your account to cover the full cost of the launch before it can be approved by our team.
Note: If your Brand Expand wallet goes delinquent all associated launches will automatically be paused and you will be unable to resubmit without the system verifying that the payment method is now in good standing. The system will attempt to charge the payment method more than once to avoid unnecessary pauses.
