Steps To Extend a Launch

Note: You cannot edit/extend launches once they are in the Evergreen status.

  1. Access the Launches screen and locate the specific launch you wish to extend.

  2. Select the desired launch and click on the edit button. Note that this action will temporarily pause the launch.

  3. Navigate to the Launch Setup page, you will review and add all the necessary product details following the automated system review.

A prompt will appear for your review if the system identifies an error with your offer (Sold By), highlighting the detected issue. Click "Acknowledge" to examine the error.

Once done click "Next" to move to the next page.

  4. Once on the timeline or destination page, you can adjust the desired launch details.

Take the time to carefully review and confirm all the changes you have made. Once you are satisfied with the modifications, click "Next" and navigate through the Destination page and Wallets page.

  5. On the Checkout page, you’ll see a price breakdown, which includes an estimate of promotion fees. You’ll also find a campaign review, notes, and terms of use.

Please review everything carefully and submit your launch for Auto Approval (eligible on specific marketplaces and subscription plans) or Manual Review.

Additional Information

  • Once launches are re-submitted they go through a review process. If instant launch approval is not selected the manual review process takes 15-60 minutes during business hours.

  • If a launch is edited outside business hours it will remain in In Review (no live) status until the team returns the next day.

  • It is important to promptly resubmit the launch after editing to ensure the continuity of your sales momentum.

By following these steps, you can efficiently extend your launch, make necessary adjustments, and maintain the desired level of sales momentum.
